We all had a great time for Labor Day this year. The girls just turned 9 months old and we wanted to do something "different" to celebrate. Usually, we stay home or head to the beach for the holiday. However, this time, Jim, the girls and I (and don't forget Gizmo)headed up to Beech Mountain to get out of the heat! Chris, Susan, Russell, Jennifer and Marlin joined us for a night and we had a great time. Marlin and the girls really bonded and it was nothing more than just a great relaxing time that we needed GREATLY.

Loved your photos. I saw them by clicking on the photo at the top. I can't believe how big they are getting.
We went to the mnts. too over the long weekend- but in WVa. What a relief from the heat!
